23 Nov Top 5 2015 Wedding Hair Trends
If you’re getting hitched this year and can’t quite decide how you want your hair to look, try out some of these 2015 trends so you look amazing in the footage taken by your Manchester wedding videographer no matter what.
- Big flowers
This year, we think we’ll be seeing a lot more flowers in brides’ hair as they walk down the aisle. It’s a great way of jazzing up a simple style and can’t be a real statement piece – rather more interesting than the traditional tiara when it comes to accessories.
- The low updo
It seems that brides are being a bit more relaxed when it comes to wedding hair at the moment and if you don’t want your barnet to look too ‘done’, then an updo at the base of your neck is a great choice. It’s sophisticated yet relaxed, all at the same time.
Plaits and braids have been big news for quite some time now, so experiment with them until you find a style you like. If you’ve got long hair, a messy fishtail braid looks great, especially if you’re not one to really go to town with your hairstyles day to day.
Getting knots in your hair is usually something we all want to avoid but if you purposefully tie one in your ponytail you instantly glam up what would otherwise be a pretty normal hair style.
- Statement hair accessories
Forget about simple and understated tiaras – it’s all about going big and bold in 2015, so look out for pieces that will really stand out. If you’re not a fan, what about giving each of your bridesmaids one instead? Check out this inspiration gallery on Hitched to see what real-life brides have done to their hair in the past.
